First Sensor resolves legal assertion of claims against Honeywell

Following the failed attempt at an out-of-court settlement, the Management Board of First Sensor AG resolved today to assert claims against Honeywell Control Systems Ltd., Bracknell, Berkshire, United Kingdom in court. As a first step, an action for part of the claim in the amount of approximately €1.7 million will be filed with the Munich II District Court. The Management Board estimates that the total claims against Honeywell amount to approximately €3.6 million in total. They result from compensation claims due to the termination of a dealership agreement, claims for damages due to non-delivery, and obligations to take back inventories.
