On August 5, 2015, Mr. Daniel Hopp, Germany, has notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG, that his share in the voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany has fallen below the threshold of 15 %, on August 3, 2015 and amounted to 14.97 % (this corresponds to 1,519,983 voting rights) as per this date.

All voting rights are attributed to Mr. Daniel Hopp according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
