On September 26, 2010, Upolu Holding Inc., Tortola, British Virgin Islands has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN: 720190, have exceeded the threshold of 3 % on August 21, 2010 and amounted to 3.15 % (this corresponds to 208,710 voting rights) as per this date.
