On September 09, 2008, Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the Voting Rights of her subsidiary DWS Investment GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, on Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN: 720190, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voring Rights on September 05, 2008 and now amount to 4,68% this corresponds to 182500 Voting Rights).
