Release according to article 26, section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

On March 31, 2008, Lupus alpha Investment S. A., Luxemburg, Luxembourg has informed us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on March 18, 2008 and now amount to 2.96 % (this corresponds to 115,500 voting rights).
